| Massage Therapy |
The basic goal of massage therapy is to help the body heal itself and to increase health & well-being.
Massage therapy aids the body by:
- Assisting in the elimination of waste products such as lactic acid
- Improving blood circulation
- Increasing endorphin levels
- Relaxing the muscles and improving range of motion
Why Massage?
Massage will maintain and/or restore the homeostasis, which is your body ability to maintain a balanced internal environment. Every day life situations threaten to disrupt it. Physical traumas and emotional stress undermines this homeostasis. Imbalance then leads to aches and pains, which left untreated, may result in dysfunction.
Massage & Chiropractic
Massage and Chiropractic work to resolve the causes of your pain instead of treating isolated symptoms. Used in combination, they can help you maintain optimum health.
Why it works?
Muscles move joints, while ligaments and fascia support them. If a subluxation is adjusted without addressing the soft tissue problem, your tight muscles and shortened fascia can then pull your joints out of alignment and you may experience these pains again.
Touch Therapy
soothe, relax, and balance your body through touch.
Deep Massage

tension and discomfort through a variety of physical and energetic
techniques.

muscles and increase range of motion. Specifically addresses muscle groups used during exercise and athletic pursuits.
Neuromuscular
Trigger point therapy and soft-tissue manipulation target specific areas of pain and stiffness. Self-care exercises are
recommended to help you to continue the healing process.

pressure-point work, stimulating and
energizing the whole body.
